I need to fucking chill out.
This summer has been one of the best of my life. If I write that down now, I’ll really be able to feel it later.
This is what I mean:
Right now, I feel torn between wanting to be at college badly, and not wanting my summer to end. But I know it must.
I think: What else would I be doing if I took, say, a gap year?
All my friends are at school, save one who’s taking a gap year...

It took me about 2 hours to finally choose a theme that I think fits the way I hope this blog will look. Simple, but embellished with nature. I wanted to create this blog so that I could keep in touch with as many people during my travels this coming year. I hope that people will read my updates…

I am at a friend’s house. She’s great and often late in our appointments.
I’m so excited! I got my dorm assignment.
It’s gonna be apartment style living; 4 people in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. Full kitchen and big living room!! It’s usually reserved from upperclassman but they had too many freshman this year so they put 40 of them in the building.
I’ve been doing a lot of soul-searching…this is an opportunity to reinvent myself.
